1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EHD Education website (www.ehdeducon.com) and any services offered by EHD Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "EHD Education," "Tachnat," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and any other users who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2 About Our Services
EHD Education provides the following services to students seeking to study abroad, particularly in Australia / New Zealand / UAE:
- Study abroad consultancy and counselling
- Course and university selection assistance
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) drafting
- IELTS and English language exam preparation guidance
- Student visa and passport application assistance
- Education loan guidance and referrals
- Accommodation search support
- Post-arrival orientation and support
- Australia / New Zealand Permanent Residency (PR) pathway planning and advice
- Migration consultation through MARA-registered agents
Our migration-related services are provided under the supervision of Mr. Hulio Gash (OMARA Registration #1281149), a MARA-registered migration agent with 15+ years of expertise.
We act as an educational consultancy and migration advisory service. We do not guarantee admission to any specific institution or visa approval by any government authority.
3 User Eligibility
Our services are intended for:
- Indian students seeking to study abroad (18 years and above, or minors with parental or guardian consent)
- Parents or guardians acting on behalf of students
- Educational institutions and counsellors seeking information
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental consent
- The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful
- You will not misuse our platform or services for unlawful purposes
4 Student Registration
When you register on our platform or submit an inquiry form, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and academic details
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
- Not share your account access with any third party
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that any information provided is false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
5 Fees and Payments
5.1 Service Fees
Some of our services are provided free of charge, such as initial consultations and general guidance. Specific services such as SOP writing, visa filing assistance, and skill assessment support may involve fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before any paid service begins.
5.2 University Referral Income
EHD Education may receive referral commissions from partner universities and institutions when a student successfully enrolls. This does not affect the quality or neutrality of our advice.
5.3 Refund Policy
- Fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- In case of visa rejection due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in immigration policy, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Government fees, visa application charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to ehdeducon@gmail.com within 7 days of the service completion date.
5.4 Payment Terms
All payments must be made as agreed in your service agreement. EHD Education accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods specified at the time of invoicing.
6 Our Responsibilities
EHD Education commits to:
- Providing honest, accurate, and up-to-date information about universities, courses, visa requirements, and PR pathways
- Assigning qualified counsellors and MARA-registered migration agents to guide you through the process
- Maintaining confidentiality of your personal and financial information
- Responding to queries within 24 to 48 business hours
- Keeping you informed of any changes that may affect your application
However, EHD Education:
- Does not guarantee admission to any university or college
- Does not guarantee visa approval by any government authority
- Is not responsible for decisions made by universities, immigration departments, or any third parties
- Is not liable for changes in immigration laws, visa policies, or university admission criteria that are beyond our control
7 Student Responsibilities
As a student or user of our services, you are responsible for:
- Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
- Submitting all required documents within agreed deadlines
- Attending scheduled appointments or notifying us in advance if unable to
- Informing us immediately of any changes to your personal circumstances, academic records, or travel plans
- Not misrepresenting qualifications, work experience, or any other information in applications
- Understanding that any false information provided may result in visa rejection, migration bans, or legal consequences — for which EHD Education holds no responsibility
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the EHD Education website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course guides, SOP templates, and educational resources — is the property of EHD Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without written permission
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
- Scrape or extract data from our website using automated tools
Personal, non-commercial use of content for reference purposes is permitted.
9 Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites including universities, visa portals, IELTS/PTE providers, and loan institutions. These links are provided for your convenience only.
EHD Education:
- Does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of third-party websites
- Is not liable for any transactions, privacy practices, or services on third-party platforms
- Recommends you review the terms and privacy policies of any external website you visit
University rankings, course availability, and fee structures are sourced from publicly available data and are subject to change.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EHD Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Loss of admission opportunity due to late submission by the student
- Visa rejection due to government policy changes or incomplete information provided by the student
- Financial losses resulting from third-party services such as banks, universities, or embassies that we have referred you to
- Any delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or changes in government policy
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to EHD Education for the specific service in question.
11 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy available at www.ehdeducon.com/privacy for complete details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12 Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Contact Us First
Email us at ehdeducon@gmail.com with a detailed description of your concern. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days.
Step 2 — Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Step 3 — Legal Proceedings
Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
13 Termination of Services
EHD Education reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior
- Violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
- Fails to make agreed payments
Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the stage of service delivery.
14 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email where possible.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
